NONE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
UK RETURNS POLICY: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to ShowStoppersFX UK, 24-26 Forest Hall Road, Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 9AL with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We cannot accept cancellations of contracts where the item has been unsealed.
COPYRIGHT MATERIAL. The video clips, still image sequences and images on this CD(s) or DVD(s) (collectively the "DATA") are proprietary and copyrighted. All rights to this material are owned and reserved by ShowStoppersFX except to the extent that the right to use such material is specifically granted by this license.
GRANT OF ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE. ShowStoppersFX grants to You the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to copy, alter, combine and reproduce the Data in any work created by You ("Work") on one computer at a time provided:
1. Such manner is not defamatory, scandalous, misleading or otherwise unlawful.
2. the Work is not an image, video, animation, background/effects or artwork library or a part of an image, video, animation, background/effects or artwork library.
3. You indemnify ShowStoppersFX and its owners, officers, employees and agents ("Those Indemnified") for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use of the Data for any unlawful, unauthorized or prohibited purpose.
YOU MAY:
1. Use one copy of the product on a single computer, provided that it is used on only one computer or with one user at a time.
2. For use on more than one computer at a time or for use and/or storage on a network designed for use by more than one user, then you must acquire a multi-user license from ShowStoppersFX UK and Innovative Video Services. Please send an e-mail to info@showstopperesfx.com for purchasing information.
3. Modify the DATA and place into your personal and internal company materials and

Except as limited below, copy and modify the DATA and distribute copies thereof, in whole or part, without crediting our copyright notice, provided that YOU add significant and primary modifications thereto and incorporate them in your advertising and promotional materials that YOU design the images for yourself or your clients.
YOU MAY NOT:
1. Use or TRANSFER the DATA and copies thereof with the intent or result that such use or TRANSFER shall be in any form of a library or catalog of IMAGES or which is in any way similar conduct to damage our profit or competes with US or the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM.
2. TRANSFER the DATA to third parties through the use of on-line services or networks.
3. PUT the DATA online in a downloadable format.
4. USE the IMAGES on a web site at a resolution higher than 320x240dpi
5. YOU may not sub-license, loan, give or transfer any part, or the whole, of the Data or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by YOU) to another person or company.
ShowStoppersFX UK GUARANTEE: Our products carry a 1 year replacement warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions.
