PositioningThe wedding couple are not quite in the best position on screen to fit perfectly inside the overlay shape but this is no problem. We moved the wedding footage to the left using the Liquid's 2D Editor GPU. you could also use the 2D Editor CPU |

| To do this drag the 2D editor effect to the wedding footage on track 1. | ![]() |

Now right click on the clip in the timeline and select 'FX Properties'.
When the properties window opens, select 'Edit'. ' When the 2D Editor window opens, go straight to the 'Options' tab and select 'Do not use Keyframes'. Then go to the Position control and move the wedding footage left to precisely fit the oval shape

You can use the same 2D Editor effect to position the mask and the overlays and if you want you can move everything to the right side. Special note for the mask. The mask already has a Track matte CPU on it, this is okay but for everything to work correctly you need to move the additional 2D Editor effect higher up so it comes before the track matte CPU. Just select the 2D Editor and click the move up button (ringed). |

The horizontal position control in the 2D Editor allowed us to move the wedding footage, the mask, the oval overlay and it's particle effect to the right side.
